During first-time meetings, it’s crucial to quickly understand a customer’s business, products, current initiatives, and challenges. However, preparing for these meetings used to take a lot of time — we had to manually browse websites, gather recent news, and collect insights in our CRM.
Once we started using Snackcast internally, it quickly became part of our daily routine.
