In our main business within the B2B software industry, we regularly engage with manufacturing companies of all sizes. During first-time meetings, it’s crucial to quickly understand a customer’s business, products, current initiatives, and challenges. However, preparing for these meetings used to take a lot of time — we had to manually browse websites, gather recent news, and collect insights in our CRM.
Once we started using Snackcast internally, it quickly became part of our daily routine. We didn’t just use it to prepare for customer meetings — it also became our go-to tool for staying informed about industry trends, such as developments in AI or discrete manufacturing, for business delegations, and even for general learning.
